VOID Message Activation – The tape leaves a permanent VOID imprint on the surface when removed, making tampering evident.
Die-Cut Tamper Prevention – Pre-scored cuts ensure that any attempt to remove the tape results in an uneven tear, preventing reapplication.
Water Soluble Ink Technology – Ink dissolves upon exposure to water, revealing tampering attempts using liquid-based methods.
Thermochromic Ink Reaction – The tape changes color when exposed to heat, exposing heat-based tampering attempts.

Process 1

Standard or custom security message is printed on the original clear polyester through the hidden graphics plate. Meanwhile, add the extra protection layer under the security message film.

Process 2

Color and customized surface text is printed on the security film with hidden message.

Process 3

Printing thermochromic ink and water soluble ink text under the security film.

Process 4

Coating machine compound film, hot melt glue, and release film into one jumbo roll by our spacer glue coating technology.

Process 5

Slitting the jumbo roll into specific roll.
