Sample free or need to pay?
a. If it is simple and standard sample,it will not charge any cost.Just tell us your courier account number like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don’t have an account,
it needs to charge Express fee properly.b. If for custom sample and need to make plate, then need to pay plate charge.
What is the minimum quantity that I have to order?
We usually give low MOQ to support client to explore new project and expand market.
a. For finished security label, no MOQ. If buy tamper evident label material for label converters,
MOQ: 1 jumbo roll of size 530mm*500m
b. For security packing tape, MOQ: 250m2
c. For security bag sealing tape, MOQ: 500m2
d. For destructible label, NO MOQ, any quantity can do. For label converters, if buy jumbo roll label material, MOQ: 1 jumbo roll.
e. For tamper evident bag, no MOQ.
What are the order processes?
Inquiry – Quotation – sample – confirm PI – Deposit – Production –Shipping -After-sales service
1. Enquiry – firstly send us the product details with photos such as color, size, quantity, artwork etc.
2. Quotation – We will send you quotation based on specific needs.
3. Sample–Using our stock sample or makingcustom sample for test.
4. Confirm Order- confirm PIafter samples confirmed.
5. Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
6. Production arranged–we will process the production.
7. Shipping–we will ship the goods to the destination.
8. After-sales service.
What is the lead time of production?
a. For standard samples，2-3 days working days door to door by courier.
b. For small and middle batch orders, generally it is around 3-10days.
c. For mass production, take around 10-25 days for custom and complicated product according to different product type and quantity.

Which printing methods are your tamper evident materials suitable for?
Because our void material is with special top coating and it is suitable for almost all regular printing ways such as thermal transfer printing, screen printing, silk printing, rotary printing, offset printing etc.
How is your void labels & tapes performance if quick peeling off?
Your labels & tapes can be used on different application surfaces?
Our product can be used on different regular sealed surface such as package case, metal, glass, wood, plastic, painted surface etc, but if for special application surface, it is better to chat with us first so that we could adjust technology or glue to suit your specific surface.
Can you destructible label material be automatic label dispensing?
Sure, our destructible vinyl HG80 can be automatic label dispensing. Furthermore, there are excellent die-cutting & automatic wastage removal characteristics.
For your tamper evident bag, are there different choices for security closure?
Yes, we provide different Level security bag sealing tape from Level 1 to Level 6 to be used on security bags. Stock pattern or customized both is ok.
How long does it take to make customized plate?
Usually take about 5days.

Do you provide free design services?
Yes, We provide quick and free artwork design service, no need to pay an additional fee.
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We preferred files was created in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, PDF etc.
If there is any defective product, how do you deal with it?
In case, there is a defective product, pls show us the defective video and quantity, we will 1:1 replacement.
How long is the shelf life of your product?
We give one year shelf life, but in fact, our shelf life is much longer than one year if packed well and stored under normal conditions.

What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, etc
Payment less than 10000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 10000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
